I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but after our experience with Santosh, I genuinely felt that I had to. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a family can make, and from the very beginning, Santosh made us feel like we were in the right hands. We initially started working with him about six months before we actually made our decision. What stood out to us right away was that he never made us feel pressured or rushed. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and gave us the space to make a decision that was right for our family. At one point, we decided to take a break from our home search. Even then, Santosh never disappeared or made us feel like we were no longer a priority. He continued to keep us informed, sending us information and updates about new developments and opportunities that he thought might be a good fit for us. He was always available, always willing to answer questions, and always took the time to make sure we understood what we were getting into. That level of service is hard to find. Santosh didn’t treat us like just another transaction. He treated us like people making one of the biggest purchases of our lives.
